A reputed perfume shop / perfume brand at Vellayambalam, Trivandrum is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to handle store sales, outdoor sales, and client meetings.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and increase in-store sales
Handle outdoor / field sales activities
Conduct and attend sales meetings
Develop new business opportunities and tie-ups
Lead and motivate the sales team
Achieve sales targets and maintain records
Requirements:
Experience in retail and outdoor/field sales
Good communication and negotiation skills
Confidence to handle meetings independently
Leadership and team-handling skills
Willingness to travel locally
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ?19,000 - ?22,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives
