We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to drive institutional sales for school uniforms and shoes. The role involves developing new school tie-ups, managing existing accounts, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth order execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new schools, institutions and distributors for school uniforms and shoes tie-ups
Manage and grow relationships with existing school accounts
Conduct regular field visits to schools within the assigned territory
Present product samples, explain specifications, and coordinate size trials
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and finalize annual / bulk contracts
Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
Handle customer queries, order issues, and post-sales support
Maintain accurate daily sales reports, visit reports, and pipeline updates
Track competitors, market trends, and provide market feedback to management
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong field sales and negotiation skills
Experience in
uniform sales manadtory
Ability to build relationships with school management, principals, and purchase committees
Good communication and presentation skills
Comfortable with target-driven and seasonal sales pressure
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM / sales reporting tools
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate in any discipline
MBA / Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Ready to work during
peak seasons, school events (if required)
