We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented

Sales Manager

to lead and grow our sales operations in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets Manage key accounts and build strong customer relationships Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to improve performance Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast targets Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Preferred Industry Experience:

Paper Printing Labelling Thermal Papers FMCG or similar industries

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Target-driven with strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and handle pressure
