Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily sales operations to achieve targets and revenue goals Develop and implement effective sales processes in line with company policies Handle key client interactions, negotiations, and sales escalations professionally Guide, motivate, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and conversions Track sales performance, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement Ensure compliance with pricing, sales policies, and company guidelines
Requirements & Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in

sales management or business development

Proven experience in

team handling and sales leadership

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
