Sales Manager
to lead our sales operations at Infopark, Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong sales team, driving performance, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team
Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Ensure team and individual targets are achieved
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback
Prepare sales reports and present results to management
Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or sales management
Proven experience in team building and target achievement
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
Experience in EdTech or service sales is an added advantage
