Responsible for leading and managing the automobile sales team to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing dealer or showroom operations, building customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while driving sustainable business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Management
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.
Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and growth areas.
Manage pricing, promotions, and discount structures within company guidelines.
Automobile Industry Experience Mandatory
