Key Responsibilities



Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for civil and interior projects Generate new leads through direct sales, references, brokers, architects, and consultants Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams Prepare and present proposals, quotations, BOQs, and commercial offers Lead price negotiations and close contracts Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients Track sales performance, pipeline, and follow-ups using CRM or trackers Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies Support management in forecasting and business planning

Required Qualifications & Skills



Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience

in civil construction or interior fit-out projects Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or Business Management Strong understanding of interior and civil work scope, materials, and execution Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and project costing Target-oriented with strong relationship management skills Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
