As we expand our corporate network, we are looking for a
dynamic Sales Manager
to lead client acquisition, relationship management, and growth in the B2B segment.The
Sales Manager
will be responsible for building and managing B2B relationships with institutional buyers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic account development.
The ideal candidate is energetic, self-driven, and passionate about technology and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B clients including corporates, NBFCs, IT firms, schools, and banks.
Establish strong connects with purchase and IT departments of target organizations.
Present company offerings and product lines (computers, laptops, printers, routers, accessories, etc.).
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured business development.
Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms with decision-makers.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with the operations team for order fulfillment and after-sales support.
Participate in vendor meetings, IT expos, and business networking events to generate leads.
Provide management with regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback.
Desired Profile
Graduate / MBA with 1-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in
IT hardware / office equipment / peripherals
.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to engage and influence corporate clients and procurement heads.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and visits.
Familiarity with NBFC, banking, education, and IT corporate segments is an added advantage.
