We are looking for a
highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager
to expand our market presence and drive sales growth across our target districts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building meaningful relationships, generating quality leads, and ensuring smooth sales closures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify and onboard key partners such as
architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, aluminium fabricators, and property managers
Build a strong referral network across targeted districts
Promote SKEENET solutions to
flat owners, villa owners, and general public
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct product demos, site visits, and client presentations
Convert leads into closed sales with efficiency and professionalism
3. Team Development & Leadership
Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
Monitor team activity, guide field operations, and ensure productivity
Implement processes for consistent lead tracking and follow-up
4. Market Expansion
Plan and execute sales strategies for
Ernakulam, Thrissur, and Kottayam
Identify new segments, projects, and large-volume opportunities
Collect market intelligence related to competitor products and pricing
5. Customer Experience
Ensure exceptional customer service from inquiry to installation
Coordinate with internal installation teams for smooth delivery
Maintain strong post-sales relationships for referrals & repeat orders
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
