We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Manager to join our wedding photography company. The ideal candidate should be excellent at client interactions, skilled in follow-ups, and focused on closing leads efficiently. They must be able to build strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with our wedding photography services.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and follow up with potential clients who have inquired about our wedding photography services. Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients from the initial inquiry to the final booking. Understand client requirements, budget, and expectations to offer the best-suited photography packages. Effectively communicate the value of our services and create a sense of trust and reliability. Handle negotiations, close deals, and ensure a smooth booking process. Maintain a detailed record of all leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Collaborate with the photography team to ensure smooth execution of bookings. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new sales techniques.
Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, client management, or the wedding industry is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly and approachable personality with a customer-first attitude. Ability to handle objections and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in closing deals. Good organizational and time management skills. Basic knowledge of wedding photography trends and services is an advantage.
