Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets. This role involves managing corporate and institutional client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving occupancy and sales growth for Autumn Rooms properties.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the student accommodation and hospitality sector. Maintain and strengthen relationships with universities, agents, and corporate clients. Lead the sales team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnership activities. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitors and market trends. Negotiate and close deals with clients while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and guest experience. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events. Ensure adherence to company policies, branding, and service standards.
