Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales; at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role (preferred).
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
