Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and develop new business opportunities through consultants, builders, contractors, architects, and end clients.
Maintain active prospect lists for Projects & AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).
Participate in exhibitions, networking events and tenders to increase brand visibility.
2. Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets set by the management.
Ensure high conversion rate from enquiry to order.
Prepare sales plans, forecasts and revenue projections.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings, site visits and technical presentations.
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Proposal, Estimation & Technical Coordination
Coordinate with the estimation team for BOQ, costing and quotations.
Evaluate tender documents, specifications and compliance requirements.
Present technical & commercial offers and negotiate terms.
5. Order Finalisation & Handover
Finalize work orders / LOIs with clients.
Handover project details to project team with approved BOQ, drawings and payment term.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
