We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Manager to oversee the performance of Area Sales Managers (ASMs), drive sales growth, and ensure effective coordination with corporate clients. The role requires regular field visits to evaluate and support ASM performance, along with in-house sales planning and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:Team Management & Monitoring
Supervise and manage
3 Area Sales Managers (ASMs)

Conduct regular
field visits
to verify performance and ensure targets are met.
Provide guidance, support, and corrective actions to improve ASM productivity.
Sales & Business Development
Drive and monitor sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Identify new business opportunities within the region.
Corporate Coordination
Coordinate with corporate office for sales planning, reporting, and strategy execution.
Maintain regular communication on market updates, competitor analysis, and sales progress.

Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management.
Experience handling field teams (ASM/Sales Executives).
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
