Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing FLS to achieve sales targets for the branch. Drive sale of Debentures through effective FLS onboarding, performance monitoring, and field support. Conduct regular training sessions, review meetings, and sales activation activities. Ensure compliance, maintain documentation, and deliver high-quality business. Build strong relationships to improve productivity, retention, and persistency.
