to lead and grow our retail loan and insurance portfolio. This role requires strong sales expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of retail finance products. You will manage a team of Relationship Managers and drive business across Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Education Loans, Vehicle Loans, and Insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
Drive loan and insurance business through direct sourcing and partner channels.
Acquire, retain, and manage customer relationships.
Cross-sell retail loan products and insurance solutions.
Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of Relationship Managers.
Track team performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
Provide regular reporting/MIS to management.
Ensure compliance with company processes and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
Minimum
1.5 years of experience
in loan sales (PL/BL/HL) and/or insurance sales in NBFCs/Banks/Financial Institutions.
Proven experience in
team management or leadership
.
Strong understanding of retail lending and insurance markets.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and performance-oriented.
Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
Ability to work
onsite at Kochi office
