Job Description

We have immediate requirement for SALES MANAGER at Thrissur.

Key responsibilities

Team leadership:

Motivate, train, and manage a team of salespeople to achieve and exceed sales goals.

AUTOMOBILE EXPERIENCE IS MUST

Sales strategy and execution:

Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to drive sales growth for new and used vehicles.

Performance management:

Set sales targets, monitor performance, analyze sales data, and report on activity.

Staffing and development:

Interview, hire, and train new sales staff; develop incentive programs.

Budget and inventory:

Manage the sales budget, and coordinate with other departments like finance and inventory to ensure smooth operations.

Customer experience:

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by overseeing the sales process and customer service standards.

Market analysis:

Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
