Sales Manager -



Responsibilities



Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor daily showroom sales operations and ensure excellent customer service. Develop sales strategies, promotional activities, and market outreach plans. Train, motivate, and guide sales executives for performance improvement. Build strong customer relationships and handle escalations effectively. Track competitor activities and provide market insights to management. Prepare sales reports and ensure proper documentation and CRM updates.

Requirements



Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales; automobile/two-wheeler industry preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills. Ability to meet targets and manage showroom operations. Good negotiation skills and customer-oriented mindset. Proficiency in reporting and basic computer applications.
