Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking. Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and optimize pipeline management. Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning; translate insights into actionable plans. Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads for the sales team. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction. Oversee account management processes to ensure ongoing customer success, retention, and expansion of revenue streams. Provide leadership in technical sales scenarios by understanding product specifications, demonstrating solutions, and addressing complex customer requirements. Foster a culture of exceptional customer service by ensuring the team delivers personalized support aligned with client expectations. Analyze sales data regularly to identify opportunities for growth, process improvements, and increased efficiency across all sales functions.

Experience



Proven track record in outside sales with a strong background in B2B (business-to-business) environments. Demonstrated management experience leading high-performing sales teams with a focus on coaching and development. Extensive experience in technology or technical sales, including familiarity with software solutions like Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Strong skills in negotiation, business development, account management, and strategic planning. Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies effectively. Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to lead generation and brand positioning is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills coupled with a customer-centric approach that fosters long-term relationships.
