We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented
Sales Manager
to lead our admissions and business development team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills to drive institutional growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales and admissions team to meet monthly and annual targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase student enrollment.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to strengthen market presence.
Train, mentor, and monitor team members for improved performance.
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and market trends.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of campaigns and admissions.
Qualifications

Minimum 1
-3 years of experience
in sales, preferably in the
education or training sector

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of achieving targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
