Job Description

A sales manager leads and supervises a sales team to meet sales goals, which includes developing sales strategies, setting targets, and analyzing performance. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and motivating the team; managing the sales pipeline and budget; and building client relationships. They also act as a liaison with other departments, such as marketing, and prepare forecasts and reports for upper management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
