Role Overview



We are seeking a Sales Manager with a proven track record in luxury or high-value sales (real estate, luxury automobiles, wealth management, premium hospitality, insurance, or financial services). The right candidate will be target-driven, persuasive, and fluent in Malayalam, with the ability to influence decision-making and manage long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Sell luxury/premium properties in Thrissur and surrounding markets. Manage the full sales cycle: lead follow-up, site visits, client engagement, negotiations, and deal closures. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients to generate referrals and repeat business. Provide feedback and market insights to marketing and management to improve lead quality and sales strategy.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
