Job Description

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor daily enquiries, test drives, bookings, and retail performance. Implement effective sales strategies to improve walk-ins and lead conversion. Train, motivate, and mentor sales executives to enhance performance. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels. Coordinate with marketing teams to plan campaigns and events. Analyse sales data, prepare reports, and present performance reviews to management. Ensure compliance with dealer and OEM
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
