Job Description

Team leadership and development: Hire, train, and mentor sales staff; set performance expectations; and motivate the team to achieve targets. Sales strategy and planning: Develop and execute sales plans, set sales goals and quotas, and identify new market opportunities. Performance monitoring and analysis: Analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and make strategic decisions. Create sales forecasts and reports. Client and relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and support the team in closing deals. Collaboration: Work with other departments like marketing and product development to align strategies and ensure a cohesive brand message.
