We are hiring a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the overall growth of our Edutech business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong sales culture, mentoring the team, developing effective strategies, and ensuring consistent performance that aligns with company goals
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Plan and implement sales strategies to increase student enrollments and revenue.
Develop innovative approaches to reach potential clients and expand our market presence.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partners.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Edutech sales (mandatory).
Proven experience in team leadership and target achievement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
