Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our sales operations in the interior design segment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of client relationship management, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the interior design sector. Manage and guide the sales team to improve performance and achieve goals. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into sales. Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (experience in

interior design, furniture, or real estate

preferred). Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage a small team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
