Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Sales Manager

to lead our sales efforts in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities. Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met. Manage the sales team (if applicable), providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation. Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction products, services, and market trends. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to develop strategic plans and achieve sales targets. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
