Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Manage the sales team (if applicable), providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction products, services, and market trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
