Job Description

Purpose of the Job:



Manage the day to day operations of Ather experience centre Drive sales at the dealership using the experience centre as a tool Ensure the experience center is a best-in-class facility and have all the tools to tell both the story of the brand, products and solutions

Duties & Responsibilities



Driving the product specialists and sales team to ensure dealer business objectives are met while ensuring superior customer experience with focus Ensuring the team follows SOPs related to product demo, test-ride, SW usage and tasks to ensure good process hygiene Manage any escalations at Ather Experience center to ensure a smooth customer experience Collate product and experience feedback to ensure a clear communication bridge between Ather and dealership Act as the company experience ambassador for all visitors to the centre, providing tours to show, tell and sell company solutions. Provide tours for special guests of leadership team Ensure a solid sales follow-up mechanism for sales queries and FAME related claim management at the Experience Centre Oversee facility upgrades and enhancements to keep the experience center current with the latest company product innovations Follow up on new project opportunities that have been generated by the center Work closely with the leaders of all the centers sales and marketing teams to implement standardized process how to capture and report on the impact the centers have on the market and business Ownership of dealership inventory Manage the budget for the Ather experience center Manage any vendor staff stationed at EC, finance, insurance, housekeeping etc Manage execution of all Marketing activities from both the company and the dealers end

Specialized Knowledge & Skills



Post Graduate with proven track record in business development and sales Must be highly organized and detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to work towards achieving set dealership sales/ revenue targets Proven track record in marketing communications and or/sales role in a retail and/or showroom environment Excellent presentation and communication skills

Qualification



Graduation/Diploma/Post Graduate

Experience



3-5 years' experience in managing sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
