We're expanding our team and looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented Sales Manager to accelerate our growth and build strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Pitch a wide range of digital marketing services including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Video Production, and more. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction. Prepare proposals and deliver persuasive sales presentations. Manage regular follow-ups with prospects and clients to close deals.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally with a digital marketing agency. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets. Solid understanding of core digital marketing concepts. Self-motivated, proactive, and positive attitude. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
