Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the digital marketing space. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of sales success.

Key Responsibilities:



Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, email marketing, social media). Conduct market research and identify potential clients within target industries. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Sales Management:

Track and analyze sales performance metrics (e.g., revenue, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost). Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Forecast sales and prepare sales reports. Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong client relationships. Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues. Ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Teamwork & Collaboration:

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute successful campaigns. Share best practices and industry knowledge with the team.

Stay Updated:

Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the digital marketing industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Experience with specific digital marketing tools and platforms. Existing network of contacts within the industry.
