Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our admissions and business development initiatives at Calicut. The role involves managing the sales team, achieving enrollment targets, and conducting regular visits to colleges and institutions to generate leads and build strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve student admission and revenue targets.
Visit colleges, institutions, and other potential partner organizations to generate leads and promote BEAT programs.
Collect, track, and manage leads from outreach activities and convert them into admissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional stakeholders.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales/counseling team to deliver consistent results.
Drive outreach programs, seminars, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and present insights to management regularly.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
Proven experience in field sales, lead generation, and college visits.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and motivate a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
