POSITION SUMMARY:



The Sales Manager - Tier 1 is responsible for driving B2C sales through inbound and outbound channels. They work in an individual capacity to achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:



Identify and qualify leads using calls, WhatsApp (Chat 360), and call centre platforms (Voxbay). Convert prospects into confirmed bookings, presenting training products professionally. Maintain accurate client records in CRM software (Administrate). Address objections effectively and ensure high-quality customer service. Collaborate with peers and the Senior Sales Manager to share market insights and best practices. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance objection handling and product knowledge. Provide input for newsletters and promotional activities when needed. Contribute to team results by achieving assigned individual targets.

EXPERIENCE:



1-2 years

of proven sales or inside-sales experience.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,846.09 - ₹49,247.14 per month
