Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and occupancy goals.
Identify and onboard new student recruitment partners, agents, and institutional tie-ups.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, universities, and stakeholders.
Generate leads through market research, networking, and partnerships.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to conversion and ensure timely follow-up.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and digital outreach.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent pre- and post-sales support.
Train, mentor, and guide sales team members (if applicable).
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Target-driven with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Knowledge of student accommodation / hospitality / real estate industry preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
