Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales of our ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services) products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, a proven track record of achieving targets, and the ability to build lasting client relationships with SME, MSME, and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute sales strategies to promote ITES products and services.

Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Understand client requirements and propose tailored ITES solutions to meet their business needs.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and support) to ensure smooth project delivery.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in ITES.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
