Job Description

Urgently looking for A Jewelry Sales Manager ,who has 10 yrs experience in the same field and oversees daily retail operations and staff to drive sales and maintain high customer satisfaction in a jewelry store. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing inventory, training and motivating sales associates, maintaining store presentation, and analyzing sales performance to meet business goals. Strong leadership, sales experience in the jewelry industry, customer service skills, and inventory management knowledge are essential qualifications for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets and analyze sales performance.

Team Leadership:

Lead, train, motivate, and mentor sales associates to achieve their sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Customer Service:

Ensure outstanding customer service, handle customer complaints and feedback, and build strong customer relationships.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage store inventory, including ordering new stock and overseeing merchandise display.

Operations:

Supervise daily operations, maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and security.

Reporting:

Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to inform business decisions.

Promotions:

Coordinate promotional activities and events to attract customers.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

Proven experience in a retail store management role, with a strong preference for experience in the jewelry industry.

Sales Skills:

A strong sales background and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Leadership:

Effective leadership and people management skills.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Customer Focus:

Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Technical Proficiency:

Knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and CRM software.
