Job Description

nHive projects and infrastructures ,Ernakulam seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at our Ernakulam office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute effective sales plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.

Target Achievement:

Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets for residential and commercial projects.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, channel partners, and brokers.

Sales Operations:

Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients.

Reporting:

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.

Marketing Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns.

Qualifications:



Experience:

Min 2years of experience as a Sales Manager or a similar role in the real estate or construction industry, with a strong focus on builder's projects.

Skills:

Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Results-oriented with a strategic mindset. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Education:

MBA/BBA
