As the store manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company sales targets, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. This role involves developing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, monitoring team performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Objectives of this role:



Achieve sales targets and ensure business growth. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent performance. Enhance customer experience and build long-term client relationships. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Monitor performance and take corrective actions to improve results.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver high performance. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance against targets. Conduct regular training and mentoring for the sales team. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize sales initiatives. Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
