Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the apartment/real estate segment.
Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring high productivity and motivation.
Generate leads through various channels and convert them into successful closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and trends.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry stage to handover.
Coordinate with marketing and project teams for campaigns, site visits, and promotional events.
Requirements
10+ years of total sales experience
, with
minimum 4 years in builder/real estate (apartment sales preferred)
.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets in the builder segment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market and buyer behavior.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
