Job Summary:



We are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team in a retail lighting consultation firm. This role involves developing sales strategies, overseeing customer interactions, and ensuring business objectives are met while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the sales process from lead generation to project completion, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in the lighting sector. Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors & clients. Conduct product presentations & lighting consultations to customers to fit their needs. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. Train, and manage a team of sales associates to enhance performance. Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities. Track sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



1.Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

2.Experience:

3-5 years in sales management, preferably in lighting,or related industries

3.Technical Skills

:Proficiency in CRM software,Microsoft Office Suite &lighting-specific tools.

4.Soft Skills:



Strong leadership ,team management abilities, communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand lighting solutions and technical product details. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Work Environment:



Permanent store-base and occasional site visit. 10 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.

Salary and Career Growth:



Salary Range

: 276000-360,000 annually, and incentives based on performance.
