We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our outbound sales team. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Development:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the outbound sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs to enhance team skills and productivity.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
Identify target markets and create plans for penetrating new markets and expanding customer acquisition efforts.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to position the company competitively.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Handle escalated customer concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Actively participate in high-stakes sales presentations and negotiations.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to ensure team objectives are met.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the executive team.
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and analyze data.
Collaboration and Cross-functional Support:
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide feedback on product offerings and customer preferences to inform product development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
6+ years of experience in outbound sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies that lead to revenue growth.
Strong understanding of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, driving performance through coaching and motivation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
