Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Sales Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
