Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver high performance. Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales activities. Conduct regular training and mentoring for sales executives. Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and prompt issue resolution.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Sales Manager or similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
