SALES MANAGER (Back Office - Thrissur)

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff to reach full potential Set clear team goals, monitor individual and team performance regularly Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competitors Identify new business opportunities and lead expansion into new markets Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and KPIs Collaborate with senior management on pricing, marketing, and product strategies Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements where needed

Requirements:

4-6 years of proven experience

as a Sales Manager

Track record of successfully managing a team of 15+ sales executives

Strong leadership and people-management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Experience in general trading industries preferred Results-driven with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

Experience:

Sales management: 4 years (Required)
