Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals
Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and events
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
Ensure CRM systems and sales documentation are updated and maintained
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification
