Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven track record in sales management, preferably in Exide Battery Sales
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in managerial role.
Experience in Sales Distribution preferred.
