Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

sales manager

to join our team. The

SM

will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and excellent networking and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:



dentify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current client relationships. Generate leads through various marketing and sales strategies. Maintain and manage a sales team Supporting team for achieving thier targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and other stakeholders. Conduct site visits and presentations to potential clients. Negotiate deals and close sales to meet revenue targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Previous expirience in Real estate , banking, insurance field preffered Minimum5-6 years of experience in real estate sales or business development. Ability to maintain a sales team Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork when necessary.

Preferred

:

MBA in Marketing or Real Estate. Knowledge of property laws and real estate regulations in [Location/Region]. Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales.
