Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Daily review and analyse the performance of the sales team .
Manage the sales budget and control expenses, conduct regular sales meetings prepare regular sales reports and training sessions to ensure the team is aligned with company objectives.
Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor and improve the effectiveness of the sales team.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities and potential customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Develop customer retention strategies to reduce churn and increase repeat business.
Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on customer insights and market trends.
Ensure the timely and accurate processing of sales orders and transactions.
Oversee the logistics and delivery process to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.

Pay: ?15,028.49 - ?40,492.12 per month
