Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability Visit potential customers for new business Strong leadership skills and capable of inspiring subordinates to perform task. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and trends Establish and maintain relationships with key customers Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales goals Develop and manage sales budgets Monitor and evaluate competitor activities Develop and implement sales training programs Create and manage sales incentive programs Develop and manage customer service policies Create and manage sales promotions Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction Develop and manage sales reporting systems
