Sales Manager
to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven sales background.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to improve performance
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends
Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure smooth operations
Handle key client negotiations and close high-value deals
Ensure proper use of CRM systems and accurate sales documentation
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
Strong command of
English (mandatory)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage targets and work under pressure
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Added Advantage
Experience in GCC countries
(UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait)
