A leading luxury boutique Ayurveda resort is seeking an experienced

Sales Manager

to expand our international market presence and drive B2B sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality sales, strong relationships within the global travel trade network, and the ability to position a premium wellness destination to international audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase room-nights and package sales across international markets. Identify, onboard, and manage overseas travel agents, wellness tour operators, and medical tourism partners. Maintain strong relationships with travel trade partners through regular communication, training, and support. Negotiate annual contracts, commission structures, and promotional agreements. Represent the resort in B2B meetings, virtual roadshows, and international travel fairs as required. Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials, promotions, and co-branded campaigns. Prepare and manage annual sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reports. Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in global wellness tourism. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of guest experiences booked through partners.

Requirements

3-6 years of experience in hospitality sales, preferably in luxury resorts, wellness retreats, Ayurveda, or medical tourism. Strong network of travel agents and tour operators in India and abroad. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Target-driven with proven ability to achieve sales goals. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.

Preferred Attributes

Experience selling Panchakarma, wellness, or long-stay programs. Multilingual skills are an added advantage. Strong understanding of international guest expectations in luxury wellness travel.
