Job Description

The Sales Manager will oversee real estate sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a team responsible for selling residential and commercial real estate projects. The role requires strong market understanding, client handling expertise, and the ability to close high-value real estate deals.

Key Responsibilities:1. Real Estate Sales & Business Development



Develop and implement sales strategies specifically for real estate projects. Generate leads through property events, channel partners, brokers, and direct field activities. Conduct site visits, property showings, and professional real estate presentations. Achieve monthly and annual targets for residential and commercial real estate sales. Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.

2. Client Relationship Management



Build long-term relationships with real estate buyers, investors, and brokers. Understand client property requirements and suggest suitable real estate options. Handle negotiations, documentation support, and closure of real estate deals. Ensure a smooth and professional customer journey throughout the property-buying process.

3. Sales Team Management



Lead and guide the real estate sales team to meet performance goals. Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and lead conversion performance. Provide training on real estate products, project details, and sales techniques. Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure smooth workflow within the real estate division.

4. Reporting & Documentation



Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports related to real estate inquiries, site visits, and bookings. Maintain accurate documentation for sales bookings, customer details, and deal pipelines. Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations, company policies, and RERA norms where applicable.

5. Project & Market Knowledge



Maintain strong knowledge of all real estate projects, pricing structure, floor plans, amenities, and competitive advantages. Work closely with project, finance, and marketing departments for customer coordination. Participate in real estate exhibitions, property fairs, and promotional events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree (MBA in Marketing or Real Estate preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of real estate sales experience. Proven track record of achieving real estate sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Team leadership experience in a real estate environment. Good understanding of local real estate market dynamics. Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM tools.
